Dog waste and trash in the common areas, bare minimum maintenance of apartment units (takes the cheapest, least effective way to solve a problem- paint to cover issues, minimally functional hardware, more than one week for simple work order). I recently moved from here, was my first home. Lived here for 5 years never really had any issues under old management. I did have a very difficult time after new management started with communication, getting direct answers to questions I had and staying on top of arrangements when it came to rent and deposit refund. I had to be responsible for things I shouldn't have had to and constantly reminding of what was arranged because it was not followed through. Over all I did feel comfortable living here.

From the time I applied to the time I moved in, I was totally taken care of. The office staff and maintenance were amazing and made me feel at home. My apartment is so spacious and the gas stoves allow me to control the temperature better than the electric stove I had at my old apartment. My daughter loves the playground and swimming pool!

I was sexually assaulted by my husband so I left and am now going through the divorce process. I gave the property manager (Fannia) proof of a police report and told her to remove me from the lease. She states that she did however I still receive monthly utility (water,sewage) that are in my name. She says there is nothing she can do but to ignore that because everything is now in my soon to be ex-husbands name. However she cannot furnish any proof that I have been removed completely off of everything so that I am not held liable for anything if he does not pay. I will be pursuing a lawyer just to get the proof that I need so that she does not try to screw me over as she is not trustworthy. The apartments here are below trash. The complex is nice but the manager is something else. She plays favorites and is always flirting with the men. She tries to be professional but is always using short dresses and shorts. I have also had a roach infestation but no pest control yet. If I could put 0 stars I would due to how unprofessional these apartments are being managed.
