Tressa Apartments

They Have “kid” Halloween events and 50 & 40 year old adults with no present children come and wipe all the pizza and drinks clear out and they grabbed atleast two - three pieces at a time! This is ridiculous because people take advantage of event for KIDS and me and my kids went without ! Thanks Vivi Apartments !!! Now my son is upset this is truly gross how there was nothing but a capri sun left ! They don’t monitor these events nor do they care it’s not okay !

UPDATE: Murder in front of office this morning. Security did nothing. The apartments have become home to gangs and drug dealers. Drugs & trash is what you get here. In the last 4 yrs, there has been soo many managers & employees here that i lost count. The owners of the building are so cheap that workers quit All The Time! We have had good managers and employees who tried and did the best they could but ultimatley quit bc of problems with the owners of the building. This place is horrible Do not live here. Applied for an apartment was strung along for over a month. Had the leasing agent tell me they only needed 3 months of income. Then compliance tells me they needed to exclude that income. Then I told them no I needed to include that income. Then they said my application was denied to an inscrepancy or just there incompetence I'm not sure which one. I would believe that it would be due to the incompetence of the entire Viv staff.

At the beginning is fine but unfortunately the elevators stop working, one of them is like that since May with no major effort to fix it. The fire alarm beeps always at night and takes 30 to an hour to shut down and is always between 2 am and 3 am. Can’t have some peace in here. …… That post was from a year ago let’s see if it’s improve or not… clearly not The elevator from my side of the building is working now but the other one broke down… the garage number 3 has a lot of garbage, There are no cameras working not from the postal area nor the garages. My son has lived here since 2020. The management has treated him pretty good. The reason for only 4 stars is I can never visit him more than half an hour. Safe parking is impossible for a senior mother to visit. Also the times I've visited, elevators were out. Stairs are very hard for disabled visitors. Much less disabled residents! I personally have never had a problem with the very limited visits(due to lack of parking). It just hurts residents and attempting family visitors. My son has wanted me over for dinner. Never have been able to do that at his place, Tressa Apts. He can come up to my place and park overnight if wanted. In Everett.
