TRELLIS DURHAM RTP Apartments

I recently had a virtual tour of Trellis Durham (since I live out of state) and was thoroughly impressed—not just by the community itself, but by the exceptional service from Kayla. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough during the tour, taking the time to walk me through everything in detail and answer all of my questions. Even through a screen, the community stood out. The apartments look modern and well-designed, and the amenities seem thoughtfully maintained. But what really made the experience great was Kayla’s professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. She made the virtual process feel personal, easy, and informative. If you’re considering Trellis Durham, I highly recommend connecting with Kayla—she truly made the difference!

Very caring and sharing and told me things in detail and I was very pleased with the help that I received with a representation and the experience that was shown and I am very pleased with my apartment search and I also love the studio apartment . These ladies are awesome.

I love this place!!! Very thankful to be a resident of Trellis Durham RTP!! No complaints from me at all. Shouts to everyone in the leasing office and maintenance for making me feel at home.

The office management are very helpful. Kind spirited.full of joy , peace . They make you fill at home from day one. The maintenance technician is awesome.

I wrote a review years ago and guess what its mysteriously gone.. you do the math, lol Place is in deplorable condition with cops outside non stop. someone tried to pick a young girl up in a van for human traffic...king and I don't post this lightly. Do not stay or go near this place and def don't let your children if you do have to stay here play outside AT ALL . Management makes you feel like you should be grateful for you to pay them to stay there. They will talk down to you, gatekeep imperative information and extract every dime you have that you dont legally owe!!!!!!!!!! and I have confirmed its still the same management, they have just switch from a motel to a over priced apt.
