Jeff and the team at Treeline 604 go above and beyond — from the moment I toured the property, they were patient, transparent, and responsive. The pool, 24-hour fitness center, and package lockers are great to have, but having a fireplace in my apartment just adds that extra touch of comfort. Truly a great experience so far

I had such a wonderful experience touring the Treeline 604 apartments. Jeffery Bunker was so very professional, kind and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. The layout of the floor plans were impressive, very well maintained property. The amenities are just an added bonus. Thank you again Jeffery.

It’s been two months since we moved here. Jeffery from the leasing office has made our transition from Hawaii to Vancouver so easy. We believe we made the right decision picking Treeline 604 as our home. From the office staff to the maintenance crew to our neighbors, we have had a pleasant experience so far. Jeffery has helped us with those Amazon lockers a few times. I swear we will get it right 😂. Thank you Treeline 604 and Jeffery for helping us adjust.

They’re professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any maintenance issues or questions. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and take pride in their work. It makes a huge difference knowing you’re supported by a team that actually pays attention and follows through. Thanks for making this place feel like home!
