Treasure Valley Rental Management

We moved out of a home managed by Property Management Pros (now Treasure Valley Property Management) and were completely taken aback by how we were treated. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of and frankly I feel they stole our money. We ended our lease a few months early due to job reassignment overseas. They took our security deposit (2 months rent) and wrote up all these bills for: landscaping, house cleaning, carpet cleaning, weed spray application and painting. We left the house in pristine condition and took pictures as proof. Then after we had paid the entire month (we moved out the 2nd day), we found out from friends that they moved another family in only a week later. Making money for that month on 2 parties—highly illegal. This all came to my attention only after we’d settled in

The property was nice, but these guys will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Five reasons to avoid this place: 1- they will find any reason to overcharge you on a security deposit. My boyfriend and I hadn't had two years of rental experience together so we had to pay more. Didn't matter we had been together for a while, just didn't live together. 2- the lease requirements are weird and unnecessary. Like pictures upon move in of lawn equipment? Copies of receipts for fertilizer? Seriously? If you don't send the pictures they will fine you. 3- speaking of fines, they will fine you for anything. They apparently drive-by the property and if your grass hasn't been mowed they will fine you. They'll state it violates the HOA. Which in our subdivision had to be BS since so many people had crapp

. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY YOU COULD EVER RENT FROM. All of these reviews are completely accurate. I am disgusted with the service that this company provides. They come up with any excuse to have the tenants pay more than the asking deposit, in our case 2.5 times the deposit ($3600), they then charge excessive amounts in move out fees. For example, they charged us a $975 cleaning fee for a 1600 square foot house. After we paid $200 to have it professionally cleaned before we turned over the keys. We also paid to have our carpet professionally cleaned and turned in the receipt, they still charged us $300 dollars to have them re-cleaned. Wanna know the real kicker? They billed out all of their services to a company (Thomas Taylor Home and Lawn) that is owned

If you see a rental listed by this company, move on. As stated in other reviews they fine you for ridiculous items. We got a $235 fine for having 1 pile of dog poop in the backyard, another fine for having clover growing in the front lawn and some leaves on the ground in November! We actually fixed a few boards on the fence, yep you guessed it, a fine for not using their rotten contractor, who also happens to be the owner of the comapany. They will not answer a phone call, and will harass you through email. Reported the stove door being broken the first day we lived in the home, we were told to "deal" with it. 2 years later they told us we had to replace the stove! Water leaks that they never fixed, and they actually falsified a lease document and didn't even spell my name correctly doi

Save yourself from their lies, chaos, homes not up to code, 4 different landlords, who all lie, and their manipulation. They do not respect their own lease with sending people over with no 24 hour notice. And don't respect non harassment laws, from anyone. They don't fix anything. They move you into homes who have no inspections, and later you find out from an outlet catching fire right by your child, that the house will and did fail multiple city inspections. They are the biggest mistake we have ever made, they know what they are doing and prey on people who are trusting them. They are completely unprofessional in communication and everyway possible.
