Travis Apartments

Toured a unit with my Husband and our 7 month old baby, we immediately loved it and were talking to the lady about putting down a holding fee before we left. As we were doing so a resident that lives there walked past us and after getting out of the ladies line of sight gave a huge thumbs down and started talking loudly about how there was bed bugs (so so so thankful for you if this was you!!). We obviously continued our search from there on and now found the perfect place for us (bed bug free), but it’s really messed up to know there’s a problem and not communicate it. Thankful we don’t have to live through that but livid thinking about the others that do and a company that doesn’t seem to care. Shame on you.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the units in this building was discovered to have bed bugs. The infestation was not contained and my unit ended up with bed bugs too. The management did not notify me that bed bugs were in the building. They also did not notify the other tenents in the building, even after I reported the infestation in my unit.

800 sq ft an about 1000 a month. Make sure you do a walk through before you move out or they will keep 200 dollars of your deposit for painting!! Don't trust that the basement garage will keep your belongings secure because anyone can be let in, as my significant other's bike was stolen when someone snipped the lock. There is 2 washers and 3 dryers so when someone else is using both washers you have to just wait for them to be done. This place is just horrible, over priced, outdated and small. Do yourself a favor and do NOT move in here.

CMA apartments is a terrible management company. They are intentionally ignoring problems in the Travis and do not care about the tenants. While increasing rent they have decreased the standards of the building. Standard slumlord procedure, they are breaking laws and codes. Report this management company to the city and the police department.
