Had my doubts about TPM at first while conducting my research about property management companies since it was my first rodeo, but after through research and meeting with Jon and the Team in person, my perspective change and I definitely made the right decision in having them manage one of my properties. They go above and beyond to make sure were in good hands. Always very communicative, professional, very helpful and very patient. When there's issues or questions that I need answered they always a have solution. They'll take their time out of their day to address the issue in an efficient and timely matter even when you stop by the office. Would definitely recommend Traverse Property Management for anyone out there for their real estate needs.

I was the owner of a property managed by Traverse Property management. My experience with Traverse was top notch! I collected payments from Traverse each month, and because Traverse helped find a great tenant in the way they go about finding new tenants in their own unique way, that tenant never missed a payment. I hardly ever heard from Traverse about any problems with tenants. What Traverse offers is peace of mind where all the matters with the tenant they handle directly. The only time someone from Traverse reached out to me was when there was a siding on my house that came loose and had to be fixed. That was fixed within days. We found TPM on Zillow and was expecting the worse, since we been experiencing bad outcomes with other management companies that just gave us the run around. TPM was phenomenal! We saw the house and within 3 weeks were in our new home. The whole process with these guys was extremely easy and quick. I 110% recommend these guys over anyone else when looking for a home.
