Traver Courts Apartments

My husband and I have lived here from 2023-present. We both work for the university and the location is great. We are absolutely amazed and truly feel like home here. 1) We have 2 dogs, the dog park and neighborhood to walk our dogs are beautiful and safe. We moved prior from another complex who was dog friendly, but other tentants did not seem to take care of their pet waste or would have their dog off-leash. It is the opposite here, everyone seems to take care of themselves and the office staff keep up with the grounds. They are kept clean and updated. Also to note, During the winter snow removal is always done promptly too. in our 2.5 years here we ran into 1 dog off leash (management handled it and it never happened again). This is my favorite apartment I've lived in Ann Arbor (and I have lived in a quite a few!). It is peaceful and well-maintained. Rachel and Kristi helped me get so settled in and have just been amazingly responsive and kind. I haven't needed a lot of maintenance help, but the couple times I have it's been prompt and the team is so nice. It's clear they put a lot of care into this property. It's a great location too!

I lived here from June 2023 to Jan 2025, and I would like to recommend it to anyone that is looking for an apartment in A2. Location: quiet neighborhood, nice view, close to the north campus of Umich. Price: reasonable, but to be honest, not the lowest. considering the high rent in A2, I do think it is at an average level. Service: I think they are at a very top level! Rapid response of emails and maintenance requests. All staffs are very friendly! Addition: there is a small dog park in the community. there are several dog waste disposals with waste bags, too. In conclusion, I, and my family (2 feet or 4 feet ones), did enjoy the days living here. I'd like to highly recommend this apartment.

Though my time at Traver Courts Apartments was just a year and a half, it truly felt like home. As a graduate student far from family, I was looking for a peaceful, welcoming environment and that’s exactly what I found here. The building and neighborhood are always clean and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere is quiet and relaxing perfect for students. No issues with finding parking. The amenities are kept in excellent condition, and the community is very dog-friendly, which always the best. Rachel and Kristi in the leasing office were always kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I visited Traver Courts today helping my friend decide if this would be a good fit for her and her kids to sign a lease. I must say that our leasing agent from the office - Kristi - the person who did the walk thru today was not just welcoming and friendly, but was also thoroughly good at her job. Answering every question and even offering insights we hadn’t thought of. My friend secured their unit here and we left both confident in it being her perfect fit.
