I hired them to manage my property and it was a nightmare. I don't know how they screen these animals that was in my property. These people tore up the property before they were evicted. No pictures of house inspection every 6 months. Two dogs were on the property and we said no pets. More than three people in the house. Beware don't used them. You allowed the association to fined us because you neglected to informed us the repairs.
