Tranquility at Ferry Pass Apartment Homes

My daughter moved in 3 months ago & the AC has gone out 3x already. This last time she was without AC for 3 weeks. Her dishwasher hasn't worked since she moved in & they keep giving her the run-around about when it will be fixed. They set up the grills the Friday before Memorial Day but when my daughter went to use them that Sunday, they didn't work. They have a gym that is kept locked. They're supposed to give the Tenants a key to gain access. However, here it is 3 months later & she still doesn't have a key. These apartments are Beautiful!!! But it seems as if they just threw these apartments together. They did the bare minimum, just enough to pass inspection so they could start moving people in. When I was going through the signing process the original manager (they’ve had 2 new managers since in 4 months) told me that I could have my fish tanks. Now since they have a new manager they are telling me to get rid of them. They also never responded when the fire alarms went off and the fire dept didn’t even know we lived there. They constantly come into the apartment to “make repairs” but have yet to make any. I’ve had to make repairs myself multiple times. They are never at their office and never answer phone calls or emails. All they do is leave notes on the doors. Then they complain about dishes in the sink like it’s their problem. They always have an excuse for something and rarely let us know when they are coming into the apartment.

My granddaughter lives at these apartments. The management comes in whenever they feel like it for no reason at all because the things that she had said needed to be fixed were never fixed. I think they come in just to be nosy. The dumpsters stay full because they won’t get another one and they don’t have them emptied enough so trash is always all over the ground. These people need to do better. This place is brand new and they’re letting it go to the dogs already.

They made us go through the most in paperwork. I did everything they asked. After turning everything in to the manager. When I called it’s oh someone has your folder, or if we need something we will call. Just give people a yes or a no. They don’t return calls or emails. Waste of time!!!!

I'm a delivery driver in the area, and the residents here never tip. This place stinks!
