I love my DR home! I’ve been in for about 8 months now and have had the best experience. From sales (Courtney & Yasmeen are the BEST!!!!!!) to the building process, to closing. It was all a seamless, quick process. My builder (Shannon) was amazing. So thorough during my walk thru’s and quick to help or answer questions after I closed as well. Highly recommended!

Courtney was awesome to work with. She handled everything for us and cared for our home as if it were hers. I highly recommend Courtney, so much so I’ve had 3 other friends buy through her!

After living here a year, the poor quality is starting to show. Do not buy a house here if you like things that are nice. I have been asking for my crooked bathroom tiles and bad grout to be fixed for 7 months. 3 different ppl have come to look at it and said it needs fixed, but nothing has been fixed. My walls are not in a straight line, it's kind of wavy, my island bows out in the kitchen (been told that's just how it is), my patio is slanted toward my house, the transom window has wood acrossed the top, so you don't get the full arch. This is just some of it. These are 100k quality houses. This builder is in over its head. Go with a builder that has better quality.

DR Horton approved several contractors to lay fiber in our yards after we moved in. I have been in my home for 2.5 years and my yard has been dug up 5 times! The latest contractor is AT&T. I spoke with the city officials and the contractors, and I was told that all contracts were approved by DR Horton. They said there is nothing that they can do. The latest contractor is Falcon Utility. I told them not to dig up my yard and explained that I have all the utilities that I need and legally they cannot dig if I have the necessities already. They rang my doorbell and shared that they only needed to dig one hole. I granted that one hole. They dug five without my permission, and continue to dig. I have contacted them and they are verbally abusive towards me and my neighbors. They have cussed out

Let me tell you I am a professional real estate agent I have been in the business over 15 years and the exceptional phenomenal performance we received from sales rep. Margie Perez was unmatched. She was very knowledgeable. Gave us updates every week checked in on us.
