Do not rent here. I was placed on a waitlist for a specific apartment, and their AI leasing agent later told me the unit I wanted was available. Based on their confirmation, I paid a $50 application fee and a $400 processing fee. The very next day, they admitted their AI made a mistake — the apartment I applied for was never available. Instead, they tried to push a completely different unit on me. They agreed to refund the $400, but flatly refused to refund the $50 application fee, even though the error was entirely their fault. When I asked to speak with upper management, they refused and said no one else would help me. This was misleading, poorly handled, and unprofessional.

Lived there for 4 years, and the best part was affordable rent. My biggest complaint was the lack of privacy. I was hardly ever given notice when management would enter our unit, and would consistently get home to things being moved around, and signs of someone being in there. I contacted management on one occasion after getting home to things that were pulled out of a closet scattered in the hall. I asked if they would kindly give me some notice when they were planning to enter. I have a dog who I was constantly nervous about getting out, so I was just asking if they would let me know so that I could have her contained in a crate. HORRIBLE! The worst property management we have ever dealt with. Fake, overpriced charges at move out. Didn’t apply pet deposit to pet related charges. Didn’t have the pool opened last year at Trails End Apartments because “it wasn’t in the budget this year” despite raising the rent. Maintenance requests go unfulfilled for months. Morgan is awful! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Do NOT rent from this company!!! They will not fix the security gate, the mailbox don’t do anything to keep your mail from being destroyed/damaged. The pool has not been working for the last couple years despite having a brand new pool. And the management will charge you for anything they can. My steps to go up to my apartment are unsafe and are being held up with landscaping stones.

I have deleted and reposted this review so it will get seen. We moved in to trails end apartments on 5/30/2024. On 6/27/2024, we found a dead cockroach and promptly notified the management company. Since then, the roaches have just ramped up, no end in sight. Management has sent pest control out a handful of times, promising to resolve the issue, to no avail. Honestly, 5 sprays and still having them is impressive. We're pretty sure they're coming from the upstairs neighboring unit, management has confirmed that it is not us that is the source. After 3 months of this I messaged management requesting to break the lease because of this. Management is willing to allow us to break the lease, for a nearly $2,000 fee of course.
