Trails at Southpoint Glen

It is so dirty around here. The upkeep of the buildings and grounds leave a lot to be desired! The dog park is never cleaned and not suitable to sit in or for your dogs to play in. This place has really gone down since the new owners took over! It's so much wrong around here.

My maintenance request was resolved quickly and respectfully the day after my report.

The environment here at is so safe and lovely!!! To God be the Glory!!! Keep being the good management team y’all are🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Jessica and the staff are great managers. They are always willing to work with me and with my concerns and needs.

Rarely have I put in a service request. But since the renovation began I have ask to have my bathroom light switch fixed. Que advised me that it was put in backwards & fixed it. He is always helpful & courteous! The ice maker in the new fridge has never worked! Yesterday, a new maintenance man came & found that it wasn’t installed correctly! He fixed it and today I have ice cubes. He deserves my respect and appreciation for a job that the renovation people should have done.
