Trails at Lake Houston Apartments

I have been a resident here for 3 years. The staff has been friendly and helpful since day 1. Maintenance is amazing especially Rene . They are respectful of your home when entering while you are gone. Cordelia is really nice and responds to all my requests proactively and in a timely manner. I have no complaints.

We are really going to miss the friendly environment and most of all Amber and Cordelia. There wasn’t a time that I felt unheard or our concerns were not addressed. Renee was awesome and very quick to respond to maintenance issues. The coffee and fresh cookies were on point. The activities that they have for the residents are wonderful and very thoughtful. We recently moved and I miss being there already. I would definitely recommend these apartments 10/10.

I visited these apartments yesterday and had a great experience. The community is clean and welcoming. Lissette was very friendly and helpful—she made my visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Cordelia, Letty and Lissette have been amazing on helping me have a smooth move in here, I’ve only been here 4 months and all has been calm, the events they do are fun and I can’t wait for the next bingo!

I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Rene He goes above and beyond for me whenever I need any services done I have no issues. Very sweet and kind and takes care of everything professionally. Also give a shout out to Cordelia. She has been very awesome. I don’t know how long she’s been there but the last two times I’ve dealt with her. She’s taking care of me with no issues. I’ve had a lot of stuff going on in my life and she’s been very understanding and getting things taken care of for me. Thank you both.
