Lived here from 2016-18 and it was great experience! Very convenient especially if you are a student athlete that is far from home. Apartments were clean, well kept, and the new management was kind and very helpful with any problems. Current management is WAY better than the management that was there previously and has done so much to improve the buildings and student life so you’re in great hands!

I lived here for 2 years and had the best experience!  The management was genuine, caring, attentive and never made me feel like a burden. Moselle, the res manager, is very passionate about making sure the tenants are comfortable and I’m sure we will continue to have a positive relationships with more of your tenants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!😉

Residing at Trailblazer Commons was everything I was looking for. I moved in around August 2018 until I graduated Lewis and Clark Community College. It allowed me to have a traditional college experience without the traditional college cost. My roommates were awesome and very easy to get along with. The apartments were very clean and equipped with furniture, cable, and internet upon moving in. The management staff for the property were very helpful and understanding and the property itself was very well kept. Highly recommend.

I lived here from 2018-2020 and absolutely loved it. It’s a great location for students and especially student athletes. I had the best first two years of college here and Moselle is great to work with!

I loved living here! The floor plan was large and the location was great for students, plus I had amazing roommates. Management was very responsive and organized.
