Trafalgar Square Apartments

Pros: -Neighbors are all quiet - no partying whatsoever. -Parking is never an issue. -Great location overall - near grocery stores, food, and gas and it's a right-hand turn out of the complex for the majority of people. -Wainright Management doesn't interfere in daily life - no constant inspections or nit-pickiness. I will really miss that. -In-house maintenance is responsive. -The pool is very quiet most of the time. Management installed key card access and tenants are good about not letting people in who don't have a key card (there are several apartment complexes around here). -NO PET RENT. -WATER included in rent. Cons: -There's lots of traffic noise depending on where your building is located. -Can be a little pricey for the size/quality. -I've had a few quality issues come up, such

Nice quiet place to live. Beautiful trees surrounds the comlexes. Swimming pool to cool off and relax.

Mice area, will help, quiet, just a nice place to live in.
