See photos for info. Beth King is very dishonest and moved me in to a moldy apartment when I came from out of state. She likes to to paint over the mold instead of remediate. It has made me very ill. She also has shown up pounding on my door at 730am more times than I can count, and does not give 24 hour notice for maintenance or anything. You gotta do what she wants or suffer the consequences. $1270 a month for this. Update: 6 months in and the repairs arent done still. Do not rent from Traditions Realty. They do not follow landlord tenant laws or FHA laws. The rentals are not up to code and they dont care.

This company is only helpful when they want to be. My first experience was with Diana and she was great. Had no issues for the four years I leased through them. Then I met Beth when we were moving to another location and things went south. She made no attempt to contact me or even let me know the status of my application. It’s fine if I’m not qualified to rent through them anymore. Just don’t keep me in the dark and be scared to tell me something or anything for that matter. I had to call Beth to find out that I was non-qualified this time around. That is totally fine, I get it, life happens and I’m not at the same place financially but this was very unprofessional. They made it seem like I’m just a dollar sign in their eyes.
