Great neighborhood to live in. Very close to good restaurants and stores!

Springtime Fields is such a great street to live on. Everyone is very welcoming!!! Only issue is the one guy.. He hangs out in the garage but always has trash hanging around his TV👀 Looking @ you S.C

I don't even live in the community but it's a good place for my medium distance runs. Nice safe sidewalk that will keep you out of the traffic. The hill coming up from the north end of Traditions Grande will make you suck some serious wind.

What a fabulous community. I know soooooooo many people who have moved here and they are all very happy with the quality of the homes. The value is phenomenal as well and the community is very active and willing to create community and make it a home very quickly.

Wake Forest is growing big but Capital Blvd.is a mess. Traffic.
