It's very rare that I would give a 5-star in any rating event, but our experience with Tracy Trammell makes that compelling and very well justified. Tracy was there and we felt her presence all the way through the process of selling our property. She provided excellent service at every stage. Even during moments when things were not going according to plan, Tracy remained calm and collected while swiftly and creatively coming up with solutions that eventually culminated in a pleasant transaction. Tracy knew what to do, who to contact, and how best to get a good deal together at the right time. I most definitely would use Tracy's services again.
