Do not use this builder go with a reputable one, you will be sorry if you use TRA-MAC. From the start of the build to the end it is a nightmare, no communications , poor workmanship inside and out, lack of the customer concerns, as you go through the building process all the hidden items become upgrades which may add uppers of 40k to the bill. Huge punch list which 1 year and 4 months later have still not been resolved , when asked what is the status of repairs keep getting the same old response from Rob. Once TRA-MAC receives the money at closing they are basically done with you the customer as they laugh all the way to the bank. Please stay away from the Greece /Bellesera Place development it is not worth the poor workmanship ,aggravation, that you will have over the 1 year build process

Tra-Mac recently completed our newly built home and we couldn't be happier. We were in a bit of a bind to leave our previous home and with only two days to go before Christmas, they were able to finish our home and did everything they could to allow us to move in as soon as possible. I have heard horror stories about larger/national builders but Tra-Mac's family run organization was top notch. Each member of the team that we dealt with were extremely pleasant, understanding and professional. If we hadn't just built our 'Forever Home', we would absolutely build again with Tra-Mac in the future.

They have built my new home. Every aspect has been excellent. Workmanship is top notch. Sub contractors were very good. I have only good things to say about them. Service , price and everything you want are taken care of. Thanks Tom! They are a keeper.

Stopped by the model the other day. The houses look very nice! Unfortunately no one was at the model to talk to but there is a number on the door for appointments

Not what I expected for a new house. Big punch list, extremely slow customer service. Many small issues.
