None of these reviews are honest and are written by friend ecetera. I have had a terrible experience as a tenant in one of TPW’s rental. Elliot Nachwalter amd his ‘team’ lied constantly after encouraging me to move cross county, They don’t return phone calls, they don’t return emails, scheduled appointments are missed, lawns do not get mowed, they have no resources for electricians, plumbers, nothing. Telling me that the lease would be renewed, that the owner wasn’t coming back, the fact that I checked every month, I sunk 2K in the custom shades, 3K into the garden, 2K on wood… It was all lies. The owner herself? Some woman named Katie who hides out in Missouri? She’s the main culprit likely. The whole thing has been a totally disgusting experience. All of this is illegal in Vermont, m

STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Many of the reviews here are written by coworkers and family of the company. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. There are many apartments and houses advertised that aren't even available. They're rude on the phone, and postpone meetings. Do yourself a favor and take them off of your apartment/house hunting list, you'll only regret interacting with this cesspool of an organization.

Very professional. Great service and follow through. Got our home sold in a difficult market. I have also used them for information on the commercial market. They have the best knowledge of the Southern Vermont market.
