Towson Promenade

I cant share how difficult it is to work with staff here. If a form of payment is denied they completely block checks and e payments. Like how difficult it makes it for the customer their tenant. Not to mention that we have complained so much about our water heater not giving enough hot water. One bathroom we hardly get any hot water. The the tech comes and tells that you have a 30 gallon tank a 2 bedroom apartment the odds are against me the customer. Mind you their own employee told this and they are probably oblivious to it. Plus they have a smart computer chip on the hot water heater that controls and limits hot water for a while they entered and checked it to test it but during this time our hot water was not even hot just luke warm. He stated that he has brought it up with manageme

I toured this community with a friend and really loved it! The property is super nice and well-kept, and the vibe was really welcoming. The office staff was so friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Definitely one of the best apartment tours I’ve been on — I could totally see myself living here!

Amir did an amazing job helping me! I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and I thought I was screwed, but Amir overheard me talking about my issue and helped me get back in to my apartment in no time. He was extremely nice and deserves to be recognized for being considerate and helpful. So this 5 Star Review is for Amir.

Cydney in the leasing office was absolutely wonderful. She gave us so much time and attention. A really great experience.!!! An awesome first impression made of the property!!

This building is rodent and bug infested. The trash rooms are filthy. People leave their garbage in the halls or they just toss the bags in the room. They don't throw the bags down the shoot. The trash rooms smell and the lights don't work in there. The package room is a disaster. The packages are left all over the room . Half the time they're missing. The place is gross.
