Ms Adele is everything you would look for in a property manager. She is very professional and friendly at the same time and that’s how she turned my not so happy experience into a much happy experience. I was giving up but she managed to turn my frown into a smile. She is a gem and you should be proud of having such a positive person on you team ❤️

Towson Crossing is a well maintained apartment complex. The layout is beautiful and intimate. The rooms and carpeted rooms are clean and comfortable. I live the in unit washer and dryer most. The dishwasher is also a great necessity which most other facilities don’t have. The most important feature for me is the customer service. The representative who processed my application is amazing, a big thank you to Adelle who was professional, courteous and helpful. I recommend her and this facility to those who need a great living experience.

We had a great experience engaging with and moving into Towson Crossings. My grandmother was in need of a safe apartment with a little more space. Macy was very patient, kind and knowledgeable as she walked us through the process. All of my grandmothers questions and concerns were answered with care and kindness and the move in process was easy.

In general, I’ve had a positive experience at Towson Crossing, but the recent “beautification” efforts by Morgan Properties were extremely excessive, have displaced a number of wildlife populations, and just make the area look uglier. There was no need to completely clear the forested area, and now there are blockages in the stream due to the landscapers doing no cleanup since they stopped landscaping in November. The company has been emailing recently about complaints with “feral” stray cats being fed, but that wasn’t an issue before the beautification. The cats had available food sources in the wooded area, but now it’s either they get fed by tenants or eat from the dumpster. It was a very disappointing response and I’ve heard that they’re planning on clearing more wooded area in the nea

Mike from maintenance did a wonderful job help getting the parking lot clean after the snow. He even took the time to shovel out those in need. Greatly appreciated!!!
