Townsley Construction builds a home , they listen to your needs and wants . Most important Townsley is honest no hidden costs and after meeting with many house builders, Townsley costs were 10 to 15 percent less than the others and the quality and design of their homes are done with love ! This was our first new build, and everyone said it was a stressful as can be. But I can say that Townsley construction made it as smooth as it could go. From the moment we met Rusty to the day Ann Handed us the keys. The experience as a whole couldn’t have went any better. Having Josh at our site supervisor was great. Any questions all I had to do was text or phone and somebody either answered or got back with me within 5 to 10 minutes. If you’re looking for a good deal and a nice house, I highly recommend checking these guys out.

Townsley construction just completed our home on time and it is magnificent. Josh got things rolling with the purchase . The position on the lot was handled thru Mathew as well as guiding us thru interior selections. Richard was our day to day contact who was extremely helpful and easy to reach out to. Julio was also dependable and very responsive to final details. Ann was irreplaceable regarding documentation and approvals. Strongly recommend this family owned builder for quality and value, they truly have assembled a great team and it is reflective in their products.

This was our first new home construction and Townsley Construction made the experience extremely comfortable . We did not live in Citrus County but Ann, Josh, Rusty, Matthew and Bob treated us like family and kept us in the loop during the build out. Our home is now complete and beautiful!
