Township 28 Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed living at Township 28! The apartments are well-kept, the community feels welcoming, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly. Sam, the property manager, goes above and beyond—he’s professional, approachable, and truly cares about my concerns. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, Sam has responded and made sure everything was taken care of. It makes such a difference having a manager who is friendly and attentive. I’m grateful to call Township 28 home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I lived here for almost 2 years. Township 28 is a wonderful and affordable community settled in a beautiful area of Springfield. The units are very “homey” with a large living space, sizable decks, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, parks, and trails. There’s even security at the entrance during the evenings. Maintenance has always been extremely prompt when making requests through the resident portal. Furthermore, the property manager, Makayla, is extremely personable and accommodating. If you ever need anything, just walk into the leasing office and she will enthusiastically offer assistance if needed. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for peaceful apartment living in Springfield!

I’ve lived here for several years now and I’ve always loved it. Management is quick and efficient with responses. Maintenance is always making sure the apartment is in good condition as well, even if it is a silly girl question about the breaker box 🤪 The neighbors are so nice and the area is quiet. It’s a beautiful place to live and I recommend it to anyone that can manage to get in here.

I have lived here for 7 months and have no complaints! Jackson is the property manager and he's fantastic; very accessible and helpful. I've had a few minor issues that happen with apartments and the maintenance crew is always quick to respond, fixing everything the same day that I report an issue. The apartments are reasonably priced and the amenities are nice. As an avid runner/biker, I love the trail that runs by the complex and hop on it 3-4 days/week. I have nothing bad to say about Township 28 :)

Moved into a studio apartment here a year and a half ago and absolutely love it! All of the neighbors are super nice and TLC has been by far the best apartment management I have dealt with. Always responding promptly to maintenance request, hosting events, adding and trying out new amenities it definitely feels like you are being taken care of. The location is great I love the 12 mile bike trail right in front of the apartment we walk our dogs every night! Great food super close! Township 28 and the Galloway experience was peaceful & clean exactly what I was looking for.
