Been in home going on 6 mos, I love it. Absolutely no problems. My home is beautiful x my son x I take care of it. Mr. Fleming is a business man but he has compassion. Something alot of landlords lack. He's very professional x straight to the point. I prayed for times like these.

I have now been a tenant with Townsend and Fleming for about a year now, and they have made my first home experience awesome! Maintenance respond in a timely manner and my home quality overall is amazing. The staff is very nice and generous. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a home!

I love the home I'm renting my only issue is there is no 24hr maintenance line so weekend issues won't be addressed till Monday as with my leaking roof. 24hr maintenance line is needed, this second time I had to wait till Monday for a maintenance issues.

OK Townsend and Fleming please don't be a slumlord or tyrant,you respectly receive my uncles rent monthly,I send send it Post office, next day delivery, he is elderly and I expect you respect him,and reply when he has an issue I don't live there but I oversee his issues,if he can't handle them,I will you don't want me to handle it it won't be pretty,this is not a threat, this is a warning,please be advised,I know renters rights,it's on you Thank you and have a blessed day

Ok,Townsend and Flemming has showered no improvements at all,I'm appalled,my sinks are backed up,they came out a month ago,put a unstickable bandaid on it,my front and back storm door locks need to be replaced,if you can't request that$500,every month,I am entitled to repairs,they need to be reported to BBB & Code enforcement, A change needs to come,or I need to start my search,in that order
