Towns of Chapel Hill Apartments

We lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. The maintenance team was always super quick and helpful, special thanks to Marguerito for always taking care of things right away. The leasing team was really nice and easy to work with, especially Megan, who was always so helpful. The location of Towns of Chapel Hill Apartments is super convenient, with easy access to big retailers like Target, Walmart, and Costco, as well as major tollways such as DNT and PGBT. Thanks for making our time here so smooth!

Megan Wolf has been so kind and quick to help us in any way possible since our move in! She has gone above and beyond expectations of any leasing agent we’ve had experiences with thus far.😊 The maintenance team and all other office staff has been great and quick to respond as well! So far so good.

I have lived in The Towns of Chapel Hill for probably almost 20 years. I first lived in a lovely one bedroom apartment upstairs for about 8 years I think. I then transferred to a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom townhouse when my boyfriend moved in with me. We have been in this apartment over 10 years. The office staff is great. The grounds of the complex are so beautiful. There are tons of trees and it is all beautifully landscaped. It is quiet and like a neighborhood and not just an apartment complex. Last thing to mention is our maintenance team. They are seriously above and beyond. Marguerito and his team are the very best at their jobs and probably why this has been our home for so long. Megan at the leasing office is the best! The move in process was very seamless due to her great communication. She’s very kind and the apartment (1B, 1B) is amazing. we are very happy with this complex and staff

I just moved to this beautiful quiet place, it gives me too much peace but what I most I liked the good service and the good attention that I DID Megan in the administration office from the First day we went to look for information my children are happy they love the pool and the security that the place gives them if there is a good place to live quiet is this one I recommend it completely
