Our realtor recommended Tanner very highly. He arrived on time. Took down everything we wanted completed by him and got back to us quickly with the offer. My son and I decided we would do some of the work ourselves and asked for an updated offer. He quickly responded with the updated contract which I promptly signed and returned. Since then, crickets. I contacted him through texts , phone calls and his website. Nothing. I contacted my realtor again telling her what happened and she gave me another guys name and number and we’re going with him. Our realtor said Tanner had done the same thing with another of her customers and that she could no longer recommend Tanner.

Outstanding home inspection company! I was considering purchasing a home that sits on almost 9 acres. The house had been a bit neglected and I was unsure of its quality and structural integrity. I reached out to Tanner about a home inspection and he responded right away. A few days later, he conducted a very thorough home inspection. Immediately following the inspection, he walked me through the entire house and provided a detailed overview of everything he found (both good and bad). A few hours later, I received a 35-page inspection report. The report gave me great peace of mind and the confidence to move forward with the purchase. Tanner is a phenomenal home inspector and I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service. Great job!

Very thorough and did not waste time. Tanner also outlined items in red that should be corrected soon after we take possession of the home. Would definitely recommend! Very nice guy!
