If I could give 0 stars I would!! Brandy in the leasing office was EXTREMLEY rude. I called literally to ask TWO questions because they are not listed on the website. Not difficult questions.. just simply how much is the deposit, and how much is the application fee.. a question that ANY leasing agent should know off the top of their head. When I first asked the question, instead of answering she immediately asked if I could contact her later due to being the only one in the office and she does not have the time to answer any questions. In the amount of time it took her to even utter that out of her mouth she could have already answered my two simple questions and have been off the phone and back doing her job. The lack of professionalism is extremely insane, because are you in the business

I have nothing bad to say about Townhouse Village. The ladies in office are super nice always greeting with a smile. I lived here for a year now and love it. It is a very quiet area. Perfect area for waking and jogging. Rent is fair and reasonable. I can’t complain about anything I love it here.

Here in the recording is Pam B., the property manager, talking to us in a rude, condescending, and lowkey racist way. She said at the last part of the recording that she never shouted at us prior which makes sense because we’ve never talked to her before with a concern that needs to be talked about in person. Listen to how she answered our same question repeatedly with the same answer but never tried to understand what we were trying to say. Apparently, she is not familiar with the “Addendum” they made on the contract which says, “This notice must be given on or prior to the first (1st) day of the month that they will be moving out of their apartment.” It said “…ON OR PRIOR to the first (1st) day of the month”. She made us pay for the whole July month still. We submitted the forms on J

I lived at Townhouse Village for 2 years. This was my third apartment. This complex is the first one I'd recommend in the Charleston area for anyone looking for a great place for a reasonable price. Management: I am a very low maintenance resident, but management was always responsive and friendly towards me. I had some concerns with a neighbor early on while living here, and they approached the situation objectively and resolved it well. Townhouse Village recently merged their management staff with Village Square Apartments. However, I continued to work with the same representatives of Townhouse Village, so they continued to be great to interact with. Financial/Deposit: Townhouse Village is very reasonably priced. They are large apartments, and there were no increases to my rent during

This place and surrounding properties are TERRIBLE!! The buildings are so old and infested with bugs (including termites at one point). They wanted to raise my rent almost $400 without doing any upgrading or additional maintenance because they said they were “matching surrounding competitors.” That may be the case on price but the quality is not worth it. Super thin walls, a/c barely works. If you’re in a townhome, it’s impossible to keep the upstairs even remotely cool. I also had trouble getting my security deposit back and when I finally got it, they stopped payment on the check so it bounced. Absolutely terrible place to live. It’s just overall a dirty and scummy place. Do not recommend to my worst enemy.
