Daja made getting my first townhouse apartment such a smooth and exciting experience! As a first-time renter, I had so many questions, but she was patient, professional, and really had my best interest at heart. She communicated clearly, moved quickly, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Because of her, I’m officially in my first townhouse and couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone who truly gets it done, Daja is the one!

This property is excellent but I think what truly separates the social 2700 is the staff. I’m always greeted warmly and with a readiness to assist. India sets the tone for the office and employees like Daja are amazing at maintaining and upholding the standard of professionalism and customer service. If youre looking for somewhere to stay please give the social 2700 a look they have something for everyone and it’s a great location as well it’s 15 mins from any and everything. Thank you for creating a such a wonderful experience for me! I just wanted to do my part by spreading the vibes!!!

I had an amazing experience with India at The Social 2700! She was absolutely hilarious and has such a great personality. Her energy is contagious, and she made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming. India is a fantastic representation of the company professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. From the very beginning, my experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of amazing, and I truly believe that in some cases, issues may stem from miscommunication rather than lack of care. I want to specifically recognize Da’Ja, Azia, and the property manager India for their outstanding customer service and communication. They have been attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team, Jacob and Dustin, absolutely deserve praise as well. She walked me through everything clearly and helped me sign my lease quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.
