I moved into Townhomes at Bexley with hope in my heart and a lease in my hand. I am leaving with emotional damage, trust issues, and a newfound appreciation for literally any other building with four walls. First of all, the “luxury” marketing is an absolute work of fiction. Calling this place luxury is like calling a microwave dinner “fine dining.” The walls are so thin I know my neighbors’ entire life story, social security number, and what they had for breakfast. Update, I was excited to move here, guess all the new paint and the dream the rental office sold me I believed it. They're nice untill you get in then the whole helpful attitude changes.Im having many small issues with my apartment however I feel like they dont want you to come to the office but haven't considered that everyone isn't knowledgeable about new technologies. The apartment stinks and the basement look like a freaking haunted house always open unlocked but the kicker was the extra $15 for insurance for the building. !! They get 1 star because one they never answer there phone I mean EVER!!! They have this automatic robot that we have answer to which is ridiculous in my opinion. So let me say this I have the most disturbing neighbors I ever live with. These apartment walls are so damn thin you can hear everything. Especially in the bathroom. They party to sun up to sun down, banging on stuff, loud as hell. Throwing up outside like yuck. I work and I don’t get no damn sleep. Like who party Friday thru Sunday.(gotta be drugs) Bexley townhomes & aka Mayfair let anyone stay in these apartments. 😊

When I first moved into the Townhomes of Bexley, my kitchen ceiling leaked from the light fixtures down toward the stove, which we were too scared to use for fear of getting electrocuted. The kitchen had to be gutted and repaired, and it felt like it might collapse on us. The basement step was broken, and after moving in on January 28th, I was hit with an $1,800 bill for getting the key that day, but they still charged me for the 28th through the 31st. The next month I didn’t owe rent because of the first month’s free rent, but then I had to pay for the second month—bringing it to $1,800 plus a couple of extra days. A month and a half later, cars in the complex started getting vandalized. My car’s window was busted, and the steering wheel wires ripped out, yet management did nothing. I tol
