So unprofessional maintenance never comes and fixes anything but they want rent on time it’s pathetic

I applied for a townhouse on December eighth 2023, came in with everything, bc, ssc, id, paystubs, etc. The December holiday was approaching and so it was a waiting period. I also completed my background check , amazing credit. January comes I get the verification of employment filled out. Now I’m waiting, I get a phone call early in the morning to tell me I haven’t been approved because I have a background from 2019. It is now 2024. I was desperate when I called in December. I have 2 children and 1 on the way. I asked why wasn’t my background mentioned before. I’m still not certain, however I didn’t get the place, now on March 1rst I’m still looking for a home. I moved in Towner Mgmt. in 2000 or 2001. I didn't leave until December 2007. I never had a problem. I am sorry to here so many bad reviews. Plus, I don't think I had good credit at that time in my life.

Request for maintenance ignored, leasing mgr doesn't communicate with tenants verbally, telephone, or email. Rodent problem,been waiting 5 weeks, still no exterminator. Cason Arms Apt has just been the forgotten Complex. The Best Leasing Mgr was a Lady who was here about 8 years ago. So Sad

My best friend lived there for 10 Year's. In 10 years it was 6 different property managers. This is just a slum lord that works for the city. You can never get a anything fixed. They illegally charge late fees. I think the property manager is pocketing those late fees. You pay rent on time, you get a late fee. You pay rent in advance you get a late fee. The staff is so unprofessional. The last manager got sued for improperly evicting a mother and her kids. Mayor Scott please pay atte.
