Brooke Watson is absolutely amazing!!! She helped us buy and sell our first home and worked long hours to find our new home which we absolutely love. She made sure to listen to all of our needs and wants, and did everything that she could to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. If/when I sell and buy again, I will definitely be using Brooke Watson!

Brooke Watson is an absolute miracle worker. We bought our first home with her in 2020 from another state never even setting eyes on the house in person all because we trusted her so much. We sold that house in 2021 and bought another with her and got the deal of a lifetime because she is so on top of everything. Just wanted to share my experience with this company, towneclub did a great job with helping my mom sell her house in cobb county. I had a friend who recommended me call Brooke Watson, she came and met me and my mother at her house and explained everything to us about the process and comps and what she recommended us listing it for. We ultimately went ahead and listed with Brooke and we did get a full price offer on her house and was able to get my mom a good bit of money in her pocket, more then we originally thought we would. we are thankful we was able to sell fairly quickly and with little to no hiccups in the process. thank you Towneclub for making selling my moms house easy!
