Towne Square Apartments

Moving to Town Square Appartments has been a pleasure. Relocating can be an overwhelming task but the staff has made it a smooth transition for me and has been exceptionally accomodating. I love the atmosphere here, it is pleasant and serene. The grounds are also so well kept and beautiful. They even have clean laundry facilities AND a nice workout space. Thank You, Town Square management, for helping to give me a better home, I am proud to be a resident here and I'm truely greatful!

Towne Square and Cameron in the rental office have been great to work with. They have been more than helpful throughout the move in process and a transfer to a different unit. It’s been a breath of fresh air working with such a competent rental team and property.

Worst place ever! Do not move here! Gave me molded apartment with horrible smell and pretending everything is normal. It’s the most filthy place in Idaho! First they lied about availability, then they gave me molded filthy apartment. Disgusting!

Living at Towne Square Apartments since 2013 gives me the experience and perspective to say this is a truly nice place to live not only for the value (which it is), but for the service level of maintenance (I've had issues fixed several times), and it's liveability. Beautiful properties, landscaping is always up kept, nice neighbors and pets just like family friends. The main office property management personnel is nice, open, inviting, willing to help, and work with me through all seasons of life. The Laundry room, gym and grill for outdoor cooking are nice amenities to have. N. Allumbaugh is a nice location with alot of nearby places and stores- while not necessarily the crowded downtown. I have had hands-down the best experience with this company moving from one property to another not only did the staff go out of their way to help make sure that everything went smoothly and correctly with the effort time and dedication that everything took. Myself and my children were able to be in our new home before Christmas. Jocelyn was absolutely the most wonderful person to work with. Jocelyn and the team members surrounding her are quite frankly the best crew I have had the experience to be around. There was amazing communication and everything was completely upfront at all times. I have never in my life had such a great experience with such a great company, 10 out of 10 recommend end any friends and family.
