You are genuinely better off living in your car than this apartment complex. In my three years living there I dealt with: my heat not working for several months and management doing everything possible to NOT replace my hvac system, sewage leaking into my unit from the apartment above me and management blaming the person living above me instead of doing anything to fix the obviously broken pipes, my car window smashed and broken into in the parking lot, homeless people sleeping in the common area literally right outside my door and WORST OF ALL.. BATS living in my air vents! Once again, management took several weeks to seal the air vents so bats would not come in. Although I could have gotten rabies, I was not given even the slightest bit of empathy from management. The absolute worst plac

DO NOT rent here unless you have nowhere else to go. My unit is run down: cracks in the walls, chipped paint in the bathtub that management refuses to fix, missing amenities, shotty paint jobs, rotting dry wall, etc... I didn't mind all that when it was only $885 to rent a tiny 1 bedroom apartment. This year, the price is jumping up to $1,125. Management is money hungry and does not care to increase the quality of life for residence. Rent goes up while nothing is upgraded. My apartment does not have things like a garbage disposal or microwave, but I am paying the same for rent as other units that do have those. I was told at one time that they didn't "have the money" to upgrade my unit, all the while the leasing office was getting fresh carpet, a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. The

Only rent here if you can afford literally nothing else. It was worth the $885 rent a few years ago, but goes up about $100 each year, with almost nothing to show for it. 1. Our part of the complex is right behind a motel, with drug dealers, homeless people, and prostitutes etc. They come around or cut through the gate, and sometimes end up hanging out in our units. A few shady activities have taken place(people looking into all the cars, or trying to get into apartments) and when we voiced our concerns to management, they told us they’re not the police and couldn’t do anything about it. How about a code to get into the buildings or something?? 2. When my partner first moved in, the tub had rust and was just in not great shape. The leasing manager at the time said they’d have it replaced.

I have lived here since 2022 in a 2 bedroom rent $1055 first year $1155 second year, a 10% increase. Smh, I don't get a 10% annual pay raise each year. It's time for DE to implement rent control or we will need 2 families per apartment to afford the rent. I suppose the rent will increase another $100 for 3rd year. This place is the cheapest in Dover, a good location, and has it flaws. There is no income limitation. The buildings are quiet for the most part. I think management tries to be selective in renting. Grounds are clean and pool area is good. My apartment is ok nothing exciting all standard stuff. Never used the dishwasher. The HVAC unit is in the small bedroom closet and loud as hell. Also the 2nd bedroom is very small compared to the other which makes it awkward for roomma

If there was a possibility to do a negative star review, I would. Between the phone calls to the police department that I constantly have to make because of the homeless people sleeping in the hallway and or having knife fights in my apartment complex, or the fact of moving into a unit that was in utter chaos and under renovation. This is by far the worst place to live, even under the new management that I have ever experienced. In addition to my move-in date being procrastinated three days because I couldn’t get the key due to no one being in the office. I went without a fridge for several days because it was broken as soon as I moved, and now here we are four months later and the fridge and freezer are both broken again causing all my food to go bad. I have had leaks with my tub, bathroo
