Towne Oaks Active Adult Community | 55+ Apartments

I moved to towne oaks townhomes almost a year ago. It has been one of the best places I have lived in a long time. Being 55 and active working full time . I was a little unsure about it. But im so glad I went ahead and tried it. I love it here its clean well maintained. Quiet and safe . Convenient to shopping. Sylvia in the office is a fantastic manager she truly cares about the community. She responds promptly to any needs concerns. Shes very friendly and professional. Roberto the maintenance man is very nice fixes and maintains things efficiently. Its a great place.

Sylvia has been wonderful to work with. She’s organized, responsive, and truly on top of everything when it comes to managing the apartment. From the lawns to the utility washrooms, everything is always immaculate. The social calendar is amazing—there are plenty of activities for the community, and she sends out regular updates that keep everyone informed. It’s a relief to know the property is being managed by someone professional, dependable, and genuinely cares. My family member absolutely loves living here. Highly recommend. Wonderful community. Absolutely LOVE living here, especially the fact that it is a 55+ adult gated community! My unit is incredibly spacious with more than ample closets/storage and I have a large fenced in yard for my dog. There are regularly planned activities, nice pool and exercise room. Misti the property manager is always helpful and there is little to no wait time if something needs attention, repair or replacement. The grounds are kept up nicely. If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to call home look no further than Towne Oaks Townhomes!

Tonya, our property manager, has a unique ability to couple professionalism, along with her energetic, warm, and passionate regard for her residents. She is consistent in supplying contagious enthusiasm for new activities for her residents. She has a high regard for resolve of any maintenance need one might experience. Tonya makes me feel important, needed and cared for! I am a very happy camper here at Towne Oaks!

I was on the fence about moving over here, I am an active still working 55yr old. But I made the decision to go ahead move into an apartment here and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made as far as residential living. The grounds are keep trash free, love the gated community, service calls are almost always completed within 24 hours. They even text, email and leave a service report for me when they have been here to do or fix things. The location is perfect!!!! And for what all I have and have access to the cost is on point as well. Love my neighbors and management!!!!
