Towne Nashville Apartments

This was the most informative, detail driven tour I have ever taken. Giulianna was excellent. I had been working with Hailey leading up to this tour who was also very informative, but she wasn't available today and without missing a beat Giulianna took the reigns. The tour lasted roughly an hour and she showed me 3 different apts that she felt would benefit me the most. Because of all the help and information I received from this leasing crew, when I made my decision, I was very confident I made the right choice. Thank you to everyone at Towne.

I had the best experience touring Towne apartments. The property was stunning and the team was so welcoming. Shoutout to my tour guide Giulianna. She was so warm and knowledgeable. Towne Nashville is the best of both worlds, a beautifully maintained property, with amazing amenities. To bring your experience to another level, the communication and assistance provided by the properties team makes you feel truly cared for. Giulianna was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and she goes out of her way to make you feel appreciated, and brings an enthusiasm that just makes you want to be a part of this community! I’ve absolutely loved my experience at Towne. Everything is conveniently located and it’s super pet friendly. The staff is amazing! Giuli in the leasing office, Dalton in maintenance and Freddy with security have made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Would recommend to any of my friends!

Moving into Towne Nashville has been such a positive experience, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible building staff. From the very first tour, Giulianna and Hailey made me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and responsiveness immediately stood out compared to other properties I’d seen — honestly, they’re the reason I chose to move here. They go above and beyond to make residents feel like part of a community rather than just tenants, and they’ve continued to be helpful and friendly long after move-in day. Equally impressive is the maintenance team. I submitted a request to fix my dryer and sink, and both were taken care of the same day. The team was prompt, courteous, and thorough — it’s rare to see that level of care and efficiency anywhere. Shout outs to Zach
