Towne Lake Apartments

Excellent service and professionalism with no detours and the application processes are efficient. It attends to you quickly and on time. The team of townlake apartments are polite, courteous and the maintenance if you request it is fast. I have been living here for 6 months and I have not had bad experiences, in addition the apartments are spacious and comfortable. It's a nice place and how to live the lake is nice to walk and see it from your apartment.

My in-laws live here and the roach infestation is outrageous they’ve had their apartment bombed multiple times and took matters into their own hands and still nothing! It’s beyond fixing they are in the walls the garbage disposal the baseboards everywhere mind you the cleanest people I know. Best thing I can say is don’t turn off your kitchen lights bc when you turn them on I’m not even exaggerating at least a hundred roaches will be there and based off the reviews from 12 years ago this is just a ongoing problem my in laws are to kinds to speak up but I’m not my kids can’t even go visit because first of all no where to park and second roaches every where! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOUR OKAY WITH ROACHES IN YOUR FRIDGE AND CRAWLING BY YOUR HEAD WHERE YOU SLEEP:)

Love this apartment!! Moved in a year ago. Zoe is the best!!!! She helped us get all moved in. Approval process literally took 1 day after providing all documentation and verifications. Zoe is very professional and provides excellent service to tenants any time. The front office staff are always welcoming and helps anytime we have question or need assistance with anything. Maintenance is wonderful. They clean up every morning picking up trash, leaves etc. You can’t forget how quick they are with maintenance request.This place definitely feels like home. We love it!

Went to check on an apartment,they are nice with a great view of a lake. Gated and very clean community within. My only issues were not a lot of parking space and the apartments themselves seem small per sq ft. compared to the price for rent(ex. 524sq ft for $966) Otherwise I would recommend these apts.

I’d like to start off by saying Immediately felt welcomed as I walked in the front door and was greeted by the ladies in front, Desiree, Zoe and Mrs. Helen. They were eager to assist me and Ms. Desiree was very nice and patient with me and my million questions. The application process was so smooth and easy to do. Communication was constant and respectful. I just got my apartment and we did have an issue with an appliance but maintenance came right away and fixed it the very first day. I can already tell my family is going to love every minute we’re here. It’s already peaceful and quiet, my kids love the lake view and especially the ducks. I highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for some type of quiet, relaxing, stress free environment.
