the worst apartment you could ever apply to and live please do NOT waste your time or energy with these people. for starters out first issue was that our apartment smelled like cigarettes before we moved in and we let them know and the day of our move in it still smelled that way so we had to take matters into our own hands and buy anything and everything to take the smell away (the smell never went away and stuck onto our clothes). second issue was our oven that we never got to use bc it didn’t work and we also let them know and they sent their maintenance guy who was very rude to ‘fix it’ but instead made it worse. third issue was that our window in our room couldn’t close cause something was stopping it from going down so once again we talked to them and they sent 2 people to ‘fix the p

If you live here, document EVERYTHING and ALWAYS send ANY email you use in their portal from your own email too as evidence. When you move out, they will claim you never told them, and without an outbox in the portal, it is your word against theirs as they refuse to give access to an outbox (check your portal and you will see there is not one). I got confirmation in person as well and they still are claiming that is not true. Horrible communication, horrible company, lying penny pinchers. You can find way better places and people. After browsing reviews, I see many others have issues from them regarding collection agencies for random charges, too.

I know some people who live here. Seen many property managers. The recent one and the lady in the office as well as maintenance do an outstanding job and care about the property. The is the first property manager who does the best about keeping residences informed with always handing out letters to the apartments even if it is something minor. I also helped with Trunk or Treat for Halloween.

Great place to live! The leasing staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly. It's very dog friendly and conveniently located near parks and plenty of activities. Highly recommend!
