I’ve been a resident at Town Westshore Apartments for the past two years and recently renewed my lease for a third term and for good reason! This community is truly a hidden gem. When you drive down Gandy, you might not think much of it, but once you enter, you’ll quickly realize it’s a whole world tucked away in plain sight. Within walking distance, there are ice cream shops, restaurants, coffee shops, salons, and even a convenience store, making everyday living incredibly easy and enjoyable. What I love most about Town Westshore is the vibrant, young community of professionals. Every day you’ll see people walking, running, or biking around the marina. I’ve lived at Town Westshore for about a year and am moving out mainly due to a few trade offs rather than any major problems. First, the leasing and office staff are genuinely amazing. Every woman in the office has been kind, responsive, and professional, and they truly do their best. None of the frustrations below are their fault, and it’s clear they care about the residents even when dealing with things that are out of their control. The building itself is solid overall and well maintained, but the biggest downside is sound insulation. The walls and ceilings are thin, and you can hear a lot of stomping and noise from neighbors above, which can make it difficult to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I absolutely love living at Town Westshore! The community is well maintained, comfortable, and truly feels like home. Samantha has been the best—she’s incredibly helpful, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Any time I’ve needed assistance, she’s been quick to respond and genuinely cares about the residents. Because of her and the overall atmosphere here, I’m very happy calling Town Westshore my home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Town Westshore has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made when moving from Miami. The property blends laid-back luxury and comfort effortlessly - from a resort-style pool with cabanas, to palm-lined promenade paths steps to shops and restaurants. The location couldn’t be better, tucked away yet close to everything - minutes from Hydepark, Bay Shore, Downtown with easy access to Selmon Expressway and just a short drive to St. Pete. This place is absolutely fantastic. After living in a “luxury” apartment complex in Bradenton for two years I’ve always wanted to upgrade to what actual Luxury was. I’ve been living at this property for the last year and half and enjoyed every moment of living here. They constantly have community events happening in the clubhouse and pool area. The leasing office managers (Valen and Susan) are super helpful and look to help their residents as much as possible. The maintenance team is also fantastic, they are quick with request and do a great job! The community is always clean and well maintained thanks to their wonderful cleaning staff.
