Town Village South Apartments

There are no amenities to speak of . Laundry room all machines out of order ,pool has been closed over a week and half ,not very high priority to management! Cockroaches are part of everyday life ,doesn't surprise me since dumpster area is overloaded with garbage outside of broken dumpsters .I would not recommend 😕

I lived two years in this apartment complex Town Village South and my experience was great,not complain. Very safe, quiet and warm place to be, close to shopping center,Banks, Groceries and restaurants. The manager Chloe Ramirez is sweet and helpful, always with a smile in her face. The maintenance team Sammuel and Jared very positive and active.Thank you guys for what you do and care about your residents. I strongly recommend this Community to anyone.

This is my first experience living in an apartment, and I LOVE IT! The office staff are very helpful and sweet, while also professional. I love that they spray for bugs every couple weeks, and it’s a relatively clean and quiet area to live in (kinda depends on neighbors too). I feel totally safe and chill in my home here and am so happy I chose this place. The only complaint I had was how the stairs kinda looked like they were old and could break, but they have proven sturdy over time and I’m good with them now. I wish I had moved in sooner!

Just delivered food to this complex, completely unsafe. Staircases completely unattached to second floor apartments swaying hard left and right with each step. Rotten wood. Broken second floor concrete patio, crumbling at the place it meets the stairs. No one should have to live in those conditions. It feels illegal and it should be condemned. None of it felt structurally sound and this is no insult to the renters but absolutely to the property management and city of Tyler for letting people live in these unsafe conditions. I urge tenants to advocate for themselves and take this to the city. I’m not sure what office, but it’s unsafe. I’ve now read multiple reviews mentioning the conditions of the apartments, black mold, water damage, structural sinking, and many many comments on the stair

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER Close friend of a resident, all I can say is, lazy, irresponsible, and a scam of a apartment complex. They were shown a decent unit, and instead, we’re given a second floor unit with unleveled sinking flooring, poor restrooms with terrible water pressure, a problematic ventilation issue where the AC only works in the winter. ALL PROBLEMS WERE SENT IN THROUGH WORK ORDERS THROUGHOUT AUGUST 2023, AND NONE HAVE BEEN FULFILLED AS OF FEBRUARY 2024!!! What you’re about to see is proof of neglected water damage in the living room and their children’s’ that has only worsened. The hole was attempted to be patched by yours truly… tried call the “after hours emergency work order number, DISCONECTTED!!” Terrible management, terrible maintenance, 0/10 apartment complex w
