We had a wonderful experience living at Town Station apartments. The location is great. The facilities like lounge, fitness center, pool, kids play area, retail shops in the complex are outstanding. A very kid and pet friendly community. Susan was amazing at every step of our stay. We had the best communication helping us decide the best time and apartment for our move from out of state. The office staff are always so friendly and make sure everyone is happy. Big shoutout to Susan, Tracy and Lisa for their kindness. Lived Here 5 Years – Looks Great Outside, But There Are Serious Underlying Issues I lived in a three-bedroom, third-floor unit at Townstation Apartments from 2019 to 2025. I moved out this year for a job opportunity overseas. While the staff on-site was consistently great, the overall experience declined year after year due to corporate neglect, rising rent, and unresolved maintenance issues. ✅ What Was Good: The on-site staff truly did their best. Susan at the front desk was always kind and professional. Tracy, the property manager during my last few years, brought in a fast and reliable maintenance team and was always responsive and compassionate. Ashleigh, Tracy, Susan, Lisa + maintenance is the true definition of a DREAM TEAM. During this past week they have all accommodated me and made sure I was satisfied while my apartment was undergoing repairs. I am truly thankful for each and every one of them. I’ve been staying at this complex nearly 2 years and they have always been extremely helpful. They are definitely the best leasing office staff I’ve come across. Thank you Town Station for your customer service and support. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I was very impressed with the move in process at Town Station. After touring with Susan I knew I had found our home! My new apartment is absolutely perfect and the maintenance manager even came over and introduced himself, explained some features of our apartment and made sure everything was to our satisfaction, something I have never encountered in over 15 years of apartment living. I could tell that the manager really cared about our feelings towards the apartment, he spoke very highly of the Venterra management company and that made me feel very comfortable! Looking forward to living here!

Town Station is a wonderful place to call home. From the plentiful amenities, great maintenance team and lovely leasing office staff (Lisa made our move-in a breeze, and Tracy and Susan have both been so kind whenever we need them), my experience living here has been nothing but positive. My favorite feature by far is the incredibly convenient location, only 5 minutes from Downtown Cary and a few minutes from all major grocery stores and shopping centers. I would recommend Town Station to anyone looking to move to Cary, it's a great place to live!
