It's starting to look nice now that there redoing it

They treat these apartments like a prison they give you a 10pm curfew tell you that you can only have 1 guest for no longer than 2 weeks a year you have to have a dress code when you leave your apartments and apparently your significant other cannot stay the night with you at all these apartments are horrible and they treat you like a child

Omg it's is still so bad they had large dogs killing small dogs, tenants fighting on camera after having all these cameras put in and nothing is done about it. If you need somewhere to stay the have openings now but you must have a birth certificate for everyone in the home, which I think you should only have to do for children. Stay to yourself and talk to anyone. The complex has ppl who.smoke PCP and you can smell it in the air the people walk around like zombies and they allow all this to go on the office people even talk about it !! I can say they are providing low income people with somewhere to stay but this is ridiculous!

They are remodeling apartments here and the newer ones are really nice, I like the secluded area also BUT the residents here are loud and obnoxious. Not a good place for kids when there’s yelling and cussing all day. But this is typical for income based housing. I would say this is one of the nicer income based places in Tulsa. Also management never answers the phone.

Too many people doing dumb things in these apartments. Families can’t feel safe without people shooting all the time during anytime of the day. It’s not a place to raise kids. My kids do not play outside at all. It’s scary. Police aren’t enough. More cameras and security is needed before someone else gets shot again. Police do not respond quickly at all either. Half the camera don’t work just the few by the office. New carpet is needed as well.
