This place is beautiful!!! Ms Kim Ms Tiffany, Ms Rochelle are homely and welcoming. The maintenance Officer, Mr. Teo assisted promptly and gave me a breakdown of everything i need to know in and out. This is my first meeting such friendly and family oriented team. Less is more in describing the homes and staff, all you need is to come see and experience by yourself. Teo is a excellent maintence guy , the best I ever encountered living at any place. He knows how to fix everything , he comes on time when you need him , he works very hard and is a dedicated trustworthy person. Since I been staying here he has came fast when there was any issues needing to be fixed in my apartment and he is also very respectful. He is a big plus to these townhomes, and one of the reason I enjoyed staying here. He needs a pay raise if he hasn’t gotten one yet. Very very awesome guy !!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Townpark Townhomes. The staff are very friendly and the property is really beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our leasing agent Rochelle Goodwin is very professional and kind. She was really helpful and made us felt comfortable and as if we’re at home. Thank you so much Ms.Goodwin for all your help!

Big up for the best TEO, he can literally fix or cope w/ any situation we encountered which is apartment-related. The overall rating for apartment is a solid 4 but w/ TEO here, this is an undoubted 5 stars!!!
