I've been living here all my life since I was a kid until a grown man.After my grandma and uncle passed awmy uncle decided to leave the place with to me and my brother And I don't think. The maintenance Are really doing a good job I call the rent office since at 5:21am this morning To leave a message and then I waited until 8:30 AM to see if anybody was gonna come to my house to check to see what was going on with my toilet. Nobody not showed up yet. I went to the office. I told Mr. Can you please send someone to come and check my toilet? Because I don't know what? And the heck the maintenance guys did it 11:43am Where are you maintenance?Nobody knows where you guys at.I always have patient with these people always

The board of directors and the manager Mr. Kenneth Thurston is not who they pretend to be. They are deceitful, manipulative and unprofessional. Mr. Thurston is a huge liar and a manager that is not to be trusted. I know a lot of people that are being lied to by Mr. Thurston and the president of the board Ms. Braithwaite. I have seen this women mistreat the tenants. She has even made false accusations against others. If I was anyone that was considering renting from these people think again. The worst people

Town park plaza solid the last Co-op standing and should be treated with care and is historical in overtown Miami .its sad that it's been poorly ran and promises aren't kept nor work orders are meet . Between management ,staff and broad members this isn't a place anymore to raise a family,build a home not to be comfortable living in. Unexpectable Workmanship and lack of Communication and potential to run a co-op

The building structure is not good,or some of the inside unit walls, flooring up steps not good at all.
