Town Parc at Tyler

I love the new office staff, they are so helpful! Bailye helped me out so much in a situation that I was in and she did her best to come to an agreement that we both agreed on. Ive been here since 2023 and love these apartments.! Me and my kids are glad to call this place home.

Just moved in recently, Bailye is a great leasing agent. She's very honest & down to earth. The apartment itself has great architecture. The only issue is the constant roaches. Hoping to have those completely gone soon

When Natalie left, everything went down hill. The new management could care less about roaches, gnats or RATS!!!!! I've never had issues with rodents, but I do now, and they're not trying to rectify the situation!! Rent is all they care about, not your health and well being. I will NOT be renewing and I would advise against anyone moving here, unless your comfortable living in filth.

Bailey here is so awesome and sweet she made the whole process easy from beginning to the ending she's very professional and friendly the apartments are also beautiful from outside to inside you all won't be disappointed at all Bailey will do everything she can to help you! Come see Bailey 🤗🤗
