They managed a property I rented, or, rather, very much mis-managed it, when they were responsive. Often they didn't respond at all to work order requests ( to which I marked as Urgent as I felt unsafe with windows that don't close all the way and have no locks). Liz informed me (verbally), when I moved in, that the fridge (that was obviously on it's last leg) was left there by the last tenant (and that the owners don't provide a fridge) so if it breaks it's my responsibility to get it fixed or moved, etc. Of course, the fridge broke soon after I moved in (flooded the kitchen) and I had to buy a new fridge and get the old one taken away (Liz told me if it broke it needs to be taken out as it doesn't belong to the owner and I can't leave it in the garage).
