Town Kennesaw

I've been a resident since October and my downsizing experience has been amazing. I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex. The amenities are top-tier and thoughtfully maintained, the floor plans are incredibly spacious and well-designed, and the location truly can’t be beat—close to excellent shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences. What really sets this community apart, though, is the staff. Jaida is especially outstanding—personable, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported (awesome community mixers). Her positive attitude and attention to detail make a noticeable difference. The staff at Town Kennesaw are amazing! They are always friendly and quick to respond to any questions. You can see that management and support staff take pride in the apartments by how the grounds are kept clean every day! Fantastic location, close to everything but still quiet at night. The pool and fitness center are outstanding! Town Kennesaw is a community has a great atmosphere. I feel safe and at home. The only time I had an issue management and maintenance responded so quick it was taken care of in less than 30 minutes! Dominic was are first contact with the Town Kennesaw and continues to check on us to make sure we are happy with our new apartment. Thank you to everyone at Town Kennesaw!

Dominikue is a rockstar! She is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and answers all my questions promptly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with her. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you find the perfect home. She listens and has exceptional communication and follow-through. She is quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. Her pleasant calm demeanor and helpful guidance made everything so much easier. Kiya was great to work with, she had a great attitude, very knowledgeable and easy to talk too! The complex is very nice, not to mention how good it smells lol. The complex is ducked off, but still in a great location which I love. The one beds also had double vanities which I loved as well and the floor plans are spacious!

Great place :D I moved in while the property was still being completed and have since moved from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. The staff has been great, the location is convenient and the pickleball courts provide for me the backdrop of my Olympic career (jokes aside the place is lovely).
