I’ve been here 6 years going on 7. I never had one package missing all those years so it’s a safe neighborhood. The manager Ms.Brenda always greets everyone with a smile and always available even when she is busy…she will make time for you. If I have an issue that needs remedied…it usually gets checked within the day and does not take weeks to get the job completed. And the maintenance man Raul…he is the greatest maintenance guy in the world…I don’t know how he does it but you always see him doing something. Town and Country upper management please read this and here me out…He has been here super long and loyalty is where it is at…this is the kind of employee that deserves a raise and a bonus or something. Don’t ever let go of this guy. Super nice, humble, knowledgeable and a very skilled

Brenda jones is awesome and Raul is so positive and helpful. Both are trustworthy people! We are very satisfied with our stay here. Going on four years 😎

The apartments are expensive DO NOT have refrigerator, central air conditioning, microwave and washer and dryer. couple of times during our the cars were broken and personal items were stolen. solicitors come and knock the door. couple of times at night around 2;00am someone knocking the door. the walls are thin and wood is old and creepy you can hear your neighbors voice,music and if you live downstairs if upstairs tenants while walking wood makes sound and noise. parking is very tight parking for second car is $50 per month. you cannot sit in patio Mexican family near by living blow whistles. not worth for the price and over all not safe neighbourhood.

I have lived here for almost three years. Best place we have ever lived. The property manager cares about the people that live her and doesn't treat people like just a number to fill her quota. The grounds are always nicely kept and the pool is great for the kids. Would recommend this place to anyone.
