Renting with Town and Country Real Estate was an easy and pleasant experience. Everything was very smooth and everyone in the office was always so kind. We never had any issues, and Samantha was a great point of contact throughout our rental term. Thank y’all!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to schedule a tour and was told a date and time. There was no confirmation sent to me over email or text, or instructions. The day of the tour, I arrive at the location and no one is there. Again, no email, call, or text. There’s nobody waiting by the entrance either. I did a full lap around the building and waited a few more minutes and still saw no one or heard anything. I called the office and spoke with Glenda (Linda?) who said my contact should’ve been there. She said she would call her to see where she was and if there had been a delay, and then call me right back. After 15 minutes, she still had not called back. During this time I walked around the building and checked the entrances again, and there was no one. Mind you, the entrance was

We loved, loved, loved working with Dan Boyle as our real estate agent! We met Dan at an open house (and ended up eventually buying that first house we looked at) as first time home buyers moving to the area. Dan had great tips for first time homebuyers. He checked in with us often. He was flexible in showing us tons of different properties. We felt very confident going into our home purchase because Dan was so experienced and knew the process. If we get another property in the future we will definitely be going with Dan. Cannot recommend enough.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Town & Country Real Estate! They are dedicated, trustworthy, and provide so much integrity. I personally spoke and worked with Samantha and she was absolutely incredible to work with. She is responsive, professional, and communicates thoroughly. She always got back to me so quickly and is so friendly and easy to work with. * Update after almost 3 years. I'm not understanding how everyone is having problems, this is the best property management company I've ever rented from. I've had zero problems and any issue that has happened has been taken care of quickly! Still a solid 5 stars, they also since my review added an online payment portal. I've rented from Town & Country for over a year now. I read the reviews below but honestly I've never had a single problem with communication or lack of repairs. I did move into a new build, but, anything I found they've fixed. They've always been swift to come out if necessary, and even went above and beyond for an issue that arose with landscaping that I don't think they *had* to do, but, it was greatly appreciated that they did. The staff has always been pleasant to me
